Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance an on-premises Tomcat/Java J2EE product.
• Address performance tuning, dependency updates, and security improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve Java out-of-memory issues and analyze dump files.
• Provide exceptional support to customers in the field, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless transition and support for cloud offerings.

Technical Skills Required

Languages & Frameworks:

• Java
• Struts
• Hibernate

Server & Tools:

• Tomcat
• Windows SQL Server
• InstallShield

Key Competencies:

• Performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience with dependency updates and security best practices.
• Proficiency in handling Java out-of-memory conditions and dump file analysis.
• Strong customer support skills for field-based deployments.
