Primary Skills

Routing & Switching

- Advanced understanding of enterprise L2/L3 networking
- Experience managing large-scale network environments

Firewalls

- Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Checkpoint

Load Balancers

- Experience with F5, A10, Citrix NetScaler or similar technologies

Network Security & Modern Architectures

- Exposure to SD-WAN, Zscaler, and Wireless networking

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancers
- Perform L3 troubleshooting and escalation handling for complex network incidents
- Participate in network design, implementation, and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and stakeholders to resolve network issues
- Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and incident management processes
- Maintain proper technical documentation and knowledge base updates
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

- Robust hands-on expertise in Routing & Switching, Firewalls, and Load Balancers
- Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in collaborative and fast-paced environments

Certifications (Preferred)

- Cisco CCNP / CCNA
- Security or firewall vendor certifications (Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
- ITIL Foundation certification
