Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Front Office investment team in North America to analyze and assess the credit quality of issuers in the private credit market.
  • Evaluate private corporate credit opportunities across the capital structure.
  • Conduct detailed fundamental credit analysis of corporate bond and loan issuers.
  • Support the investment team in objectively defining and evaluating credit risk for portfolio companies and potential borrowers.
  • Develop detailed financial models and investment memoranda.
  • Perform investment due diligence, including financial analysis, industry research, and risk assessment.
  • Form and present well-reasoned investment views on credit opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including senior management and investment teams.
  • Conduct independent research across multiple industries and sectors.

    Candidate Profile

    Basic Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Finance and/or CA/CFA qualification.
  • 10+ years of experience in leveraged finance, debt advisory, corporate credit research, or public/private credit.
  • Strong expertise in corporate credit analysis, including financial modeling, underwriting, company research, and preparation of investment memoranda.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with investment teams and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
