Role Description

We are hiring for a full-time Principal position for an on-site role located in Red Rose Convent School Gadarpur. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the educational and administrative aspects of the institution, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a collaborative culture. Key duties will include managing staff, ensuring efficient operations, implementing curricula, maintaining compliance with standards, and engaging with students, parents, and the community. The Principal will also lead efforts in professional development, budget management, and fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment.
