Job Description

A teacher is responsible for educating students, creating lesson plans, and supporting their academic and personal development in a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons based on the curriculum
• Teach subjects effectively using different methods (lectures, activities, digital tools)
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and tests
• Evaluate and grade students’ performance
• Maintain classroom discipline and a safe environment
• Encourage student participation and critical thinking
• Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and provide support
• Communicate with parents about student progress
• Participate in school meetings, training, and events

Qualifications

• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) (commonly required)
• CTET / State TET (for government schools in India)

• Basic computer knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
