Role Description

The Preschool and Daycare Coordinator will oversee daily operations to ensure a stimulating and secure environment for children at EarlyVentions' Varthur, Bangalore center. Responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring staff adherence to early childhood development standards, and maintaining compliance with daycare and preschool regulations. The role involves engaging with parents, managing the daycare team, and creating a nurturing atmosphere for children. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru East.

Qualifications

• Experience in Day Care, Childcare, and understanding of Early Childhood Development to ensure a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff, fostering positive relationships.
• Proven ability in Working With Children, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a commitment to their growth and well-being.
• Leadership and organizational skills to coordinate daily operations and manage a team of educators and caregivers.
• Relevant certifications or a background in early childhood education or childcare management is an added advantage.
