Job Title: PreSales-Lab Services(Desgin)Experience:11 years to 15 yearsLocation:Noida,Bangalore,chennai,HyderabadThe Role This role develops and positions data center design solutions by converting customer requirements into compliant, scalable architectural and engineering proposals. It bridges business needs and technical feasibility across power, cooling, white space, and infrastructure layers.The role leads to technical discovery, prepares design narratives and artefacts, and coordinates cross-domain inputs to produce cohesive proposals aligned with industry standards and best practices.Key Responsibilities: Translate detailed customer business and technical requirements into compliant, scalable, and future-ready end-to-end data center design concepts.Drive early-stage technical discovery to shape design assumptions, constraints, and cost levers before RFP finalization.Develop architectural and engineering proposals covering power, cooling, white space, and supporting infrastructure domains.Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs from MEP, cabling, and whitespace teams to produce cohesive and buildable solutions.Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and technical documentation supporting RFP responses and design evaluations.Lead technical discovery workshops and walkthroughs to align stakeholders on assumptions, constraints, and design intent.Validate proposed designs for scalability, resilience, and phased expansion readiness before commercial submission.Ensure all proposals align with relevant Tier, TIA, and regulatory compliance requirements.Support seamless transition from presales concepts to detailed engineering and delivery execution baselines.Qualifications & Experience 10-12 yrs experience in data center industry.Ability to balance technical depth with commercial and execution feasibility.Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or related Engineering.Strong grounding in DC design principles and standards.Familiarity with phased build, modular expansion, and scalability-driven design strategiesExperience in multi-disciplinary solutioning and presales.Ability to create and present technical design artefacts.Familiarity with Tier/TIA and compliance requirements.Specifics: Customer-facing presales design authority role.Ensures compliance, scalable, and build-ready solutionsHigh involvement in solution validation, technical due diligence, and proposal governanceRegular collaboration with MEP, white space, cabling, automation, and delivery teams
