• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads
• Handle inbound enquiry calls and provide basic project information
• Explain project overview, pricing, and site-visit process to clients
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales Team
• Maintain call records, follow-ups, and CRM updates
• Meet daily and monthly calling and lead targets
• Maintain professional, polite, and persuasive communication with clients
