Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Professional with 8+ years of experience in driving technical solutioning, enterprise client engagement, and SaaS-based product demonstrations. This role is critical in bridging customer requirements and AI-powered document automation capabilities, ensuring proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with complex business workflows.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design compelling solutions, conduct technical discovery sessions, deliver product demonstrations, and support deal closures with strong functional and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Workflow Consulting
  • Understand client business processes, particularly document-heavy and compliance-driven workflows
  • Communicate requirements into scalable solution architectures leveraging AI-based data extraction and automation capabilities
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to validate feasibility

  • Client Engagement & Product Demonstrations
  • Lead discovery sessions and requirement workshops with enterprise clients
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations tailored to specific commodity business use cases
  • Conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and pilot engagements

  • Proposal & RFP Management
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise questionnaires with detailed technical inputs
  • Prepare solution decks, scope documents, and integration architecture overviews
  • Support security and compliance-related documentation requests
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate scoping and timelines

  • Sales Support & Strategic Positioning
  • Partner with Sales to develop account-level solution strategies
  • Support pricing discussions and technical negotiations
  • Identify expansion, upsell, and cross-functional automation opportunities
  • Help articulate ROI and business value to decision-makers

  • Integration & Technical Alignment
  • Define API integration approaches with client systems (ERP, CRM, Document Management Systems, etc.)
  • Support discussions around data security, compliance, and deployment models
  • Ensure seamless handover from pre-sales to implementation teams

  • Market & Product Feedback
  • Stay updated on AI, automation, and document processing trends
  • Provide structured feedback to Product teams based on client conversations
  • Contribute to positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives

  • Technical Requirements

    Must-Have Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Technical Sales in SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of physical commodity trading workflows (front-to-back lifecycle including trade capture, scheduling, logistics, risk, settlement, and invoicing)
  • Experience working with or supporting CTRMS/ETRMS platforms
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and workflow automation solutions
  • Experience working with AI-driven products, document processing systems, or compliance-focused platforms (preferred)
  • Ability to conduct deep requirement discovery and solution workshops
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B SaaS serving operations, compliance, legal, or finance teams
  • Exposure to AI/ML-based automation platforms
  • Prior hands-on technical experience (Engineering / Architecture / Implementation)
  • Experience engaging with global enterprise clients
