Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales professional with 8+ years of experience in SaaS / Software product companies who can support enterprise sales through strong solutioning capabilities, product demonstrations, and proposal management. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in product selling, service selling, and handling RFP / RFI / RFQ processes.

The candidate will collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to build winning proposals and support business growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Work closely with sales teams to support enterprise product sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and map them to software product capabilities.
  • Deliver product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs to clients.
  • Prepare and manage responses for RFP, RFI, RFQ, and bid submissions.
  • Build customized solution proposals aligned with customer business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal product, engineering, and delivery teams for technical inputs.
  • Support proof of concept (POC), pilot discussions, and technical evaluations.
  • Prepare proposal documents, commercial inputs, and client presentations.
  • Participate in pricing discussions and scope definition.
  • Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery/implementation teams.

  • Mandatory Skills:
  • 8+ years of relevant Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting experience
  • Strong experience in SaaS / Software product selling
  • Hands-on expertise in RFP / RFI / RFQ response preparation
  • Experience in service selling + product selling
  • Strong client presentation and product demo capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with enterprise B2B software sales support
  • Exposure to cloud-based product environments
  • Understanding of solution architecture and business consulting
  • Experience handling large enterprise proposals
