We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected PR Specialist with strong experience in media relations and influencer marketing. The role will be responsible for shaping brand perception, driving visibility across print, digital, and social platforms, and executing impactful influencer-led campaigns aligned with our brand narrative.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Public Relations:
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation across fashion, lifestyle, and business media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, and media houses.
  • Draft and disseminate press releases, brand stories, media kits, and spokesperson notes.
  • Secure high-impact media coverage in print, online, and broadcast platforms.
  • Manage PR agencies and freelancers, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Support product launches, campaigns, events, and collaborations from a PR standpoint.

  • Influencer Marketing:
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and brand advocates aligned with our brand's aesthetic and audience.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials with influencers and agencies.
  • Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI; prepare post-campaign reports.
  • Manage seeding initiatives and gifting programs for influencers, stylists, and celebrities.

  • Brand and Communication:
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all PR and influencer communications.
  • Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and competitor activity.
  • Support crisis communication and reputation management when required.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, and creative teams for integrated campaigns.

  • Requirements:
  • Strong network within fashion, lifestyle, and digital media ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in PR and influencer marketing for fashion/lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+6 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, D2C, or luxury brands.
