Our PR vertical focuses on securing high-impact editorial features across leading national and international publications such as Forbes India, India Today, Business Today, Outlook Business, Times of India, The Tribune, and Daily hunt. With a research-driven and strategy-first approach, we position clients as industry leaders through credible media visibility and long-term brand building.

About the Role

We are looking for a PR Sales Specialist responsible for generating revenue by pitching premium PR and media publication services to founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.

The role involves outbound sales, lead qualification, pitching editorial media placements, negotiating pricing, and closing deals for PR publication packages. The candidate will also work closely with internal PR and content teams to ensure smooth execution after deal closure.

This is a target-driven sales role that requires confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high-value client conversations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
  • Generate and qualify leads for PR media publication packages and brand visibility campaigns.
  • Pitch editorial features in premium national and international media platforms.
  • Understand client brand positioning and recommend suitable PR media placements.
  • Handle client discussions, objections, and negotiations professionally.
  • Maintain structured follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
  • Update and maintain lead data in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with PR, editorial, and operations teams after closing deals.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.

  • Requirements
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
  • 2–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, PR sales.
  • Strong ability to pitch premium services and handle sales conversations confidently.
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and target-based sales environments.
  • Ability to build rapport with founders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and lead tracking tools.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in PR sales, media sales, advertising sales, or marketing services.
  • Candidates from North India with experience in PR or media sales will be given special preference.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken Hindi for client interactions.
  • Experience working with startup founders or business leaders.
