We are seeking a dynamic and strategic PR & Collaborations Lead to drive brand visibility, reputation, and influence across our portfolio of premium restaurants, banquets, catering services, and luxury experiences. This role will own the brand narrative, lead public relations strategy, and build high-impact partnerships that elevate our presence in the hospitality and lifestyle ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will bring strong media relationships, a creative mindset, and proven experience in influencer marketing, collaborations, and luxury brand storytelling.
Public Relations & Media Strategy
Develop and execute an integrated PR strategy aligned with business and brand objectives
Manage and oversee external PR agencies to ensure consistent messaging and measurable outcomes
Drive sustained media coverage across print, digital, television, and lifestyle platforms
Handle media queries, crisis communication, and reputation management
Brand Voice & Storytelling
Own and refine the brand voice across restaurants, catering, banquets, and luxury offerings
Ensure consistency in brand communication across press releases, interviews, features, and collaborations
Identify compelling brand stories, founders’ narratives, and cultural moments to pitch to media
Design and execute influencer strategies across food, lifestyle, luxury, travel, and culture domains
Track performance, ROI, and impact of influencer and collaboration campaigns
Build and manage partnerships with luxury brands, hotels, banquets, event companies, and cultural platforms
Identify co-branding and cross-promotion opportunities that enhance brand equity
Chairman’s Personal Brand & Thought Leadership
Shape and manage the Chairman’s personal brand narrative in line with company vision
Prepare PR and brand performance reports with clear insights and outcomes
Work closely with internal marketing, digital, operations, and leadership teams
Experience
  • 7–10+ years of experience in PR, communications, brand marketing, or collaborations
  • Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands preferred
  • Strong network with journalists, editors, influencers, and cultural stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with strong understanding of luxury branding and storytelling
Data-driven approach to campaign measurement and reporting
Passionate about food, hospitality, culture, and luxury experiences
