Job Description

airGurukul is hiring a PPT Creator for Live Classes who will be responsible for designing high-quality, concept-oriented PowerPoint presentations used by faculty during live and recorded classes. The role requires clarity of presentation, strong formatting skills, and the ability to convert academic content into visually engaging and easy-to-understand slides.

Key Responsibilities

• Create structured and engaging PPTs for live and recorded classes
• Convert syllabus topics, notes, and faculty inputs into clear slide presentations
• Design concept-based slides with examples, diagrams, tables, and flowcharts
• Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and branding standards
• Prepare subject-wise and topic-wise PPTs as per exam pattern
• Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for content accuracy
• Make revisions and updates based on feedback from teachers
• Maintain organized folders and version control of PPT files

Required Skills

• Strong command over Microsoft PowerPoint (mandatory)
• Good understanding of layout design, alignment, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear slides
• Experience in educational or exam-related PPT creation preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDF handling
• Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
