Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Utilize Copilot Studio to enhance development processes and ensure application quality and performance.

• Automate workflows and integrate applications with various data sources and third-party services.

• Build, test, and deploy applications, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and design.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform applications.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Familiarity with Copilot Studio and its application in streamlining development processes.

• Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and data integration concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solutions is a plus.

• Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks relating to data security and application development.
