We are looking for a Power BI Analyst & Administrator to support enterprise data visualization, reporting, and analytics initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing dashboards, managing the Power BI environment, and enabling teams to make data-driven decisions through structured reporting and insights.

Role Overview

As a Power BI Analyst & Administrator at Scry AI, you will design and maintain interactive dashboards, manage Power BI workspaces, and ensure secure, reliable data access across the organization. You will collaborate with data engineers, business teams, and leadership to translate complex data into meaningful visual insights.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development & Data Visualization
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable visualizations and insights
  • Optimize dashboards for usability, performance, and scalability

  • Power BI Administration & Governance
  • Manage Power BI service administration including workspace management and user access
  • Implement governance policies, data security, and role-based access controls
  • Monitor Power BI performance, capacity usage, and data refresh schedules

  • Data Integration & Modeling
  • Work with data engineers and analysts to connect Power BI with multiple data sources
  • Develop and maintain data models using Power Query, DAX, and data transformation techniques
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs and analytical requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to users on Power BI tools and best practices
  • Document dashboards, datasets, and reporting workflows for internal knowledge sharing

  • Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience working with Power BI development and administration
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI Service, Power Query, and DAX
  • Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts
  • Understanding of data governance, security roles, and workspace management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
