We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Production Coordinator (Social Media) to join our team!



About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth flow of our post-production process, ensuring all projects meet deadlines and budget requirements. You will act as a key liaison between various departments, keeping everyone informed and on track.

Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a post-production environment
  • Hands-on editing experience for at least 3 years
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows and processes
  • Proficient in post-production software, including editing applications (familiarity with Adobe Suite is a must)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure

  • Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain post-production schedules.
  • Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks
  • Manage and distribute assets and footage
  • Facilitate communication between editors, colorists, sound designers, and other post-production personnel
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation
  • Oversee deliverables and ensure they meet client specifications
  • Coordinate screening sessions and manage revisions
  • Assist with vendor management and licensing
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest post-production technology and trends

  • Experience with project management software
