Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Post Graduate Teacher based in Jaipur. The Post Graduate Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering lesson plans, delivering high-quality classroom-based teaching, and supporting the academic progress of students. Additional responsibilities include assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, organizing training sessions, and coordinating educational activities to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to design effective course materials tailored to diverse learners.
• Strong foundational skills in Education and expertise in subject-specific knowledge required for postgraduate-level teaching.
• Excelling in Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in Teaching and Training with a demonstrated track record of fostering student success and growth.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Master's degree in the relevant subject, along with a teaching certification or equivalent qualifications.
• Prior experience in educational institutions is preferred but not mandatory.
