Hiring swimming pool guard.. Should be capable to perform CPR.. And maintain hygiene of swimming pool and pool area and guard the pool while people are playing and should compulsory know swimming and should be capable of lifting the person up from pool if drowned.. Swimming coach certificate and CPR certificate is required..and it ll be great if know simming training aswell.
