About the job:
We are working on issue-based political and social awareness campaigns, and we are hiring some serious, execution-driven media professionals who can handle on-ground shooting, storytelling, editing, and daily digital execution.

This is not an office job. This role requires full field presence across villages and public gatherings. If you understand grassroots politics/social issues and know how to turn real issues into viral digital narratives this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Record speeches, village discussions, and public interactions

2. Capture authentic people's bites on local issues

3. Deliver 2-3 high-quality reels daily

4. Edit long-form YouTube videos (3-5 per week)

5. Create strong political storytelling videos

6. Write compelling hooks and captions

7. Monitor analytics and optimize content performance

8. Manage daily posting across social platforms

9. Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and campaign narrative

Required Skills:

1. Strong video shooting skills (Mobile/DSLR)

2. Fast execution with daily deadlines

3. Political awareness and understanding of local issues

4. Basic scripting and storytelling ability

5. Ability to work independently in field conditions

Technical Skills (mandatory/preferred):

1. DaVinci Resolve OR Adobe Premiere Pro

2. Strong Plus: After Effects, Adobe Audition, and CapCut

3. Basic thumbnail design (Photoshop/Canva)

4. Preferred background (Value Add, Not Mandatory)

5. Degree in political science, journalism, mass communication, or related field

6. Prior experience in political campaigns or public affairs

7. Understanding of Haryana's regional political landscape
