Role Description:

We’re hiring a Podcast Video Editor to work on long-form conversations and convert them into clear, engaging podcast episodes and short clips. This role blends storytelling, technical skill, and smart use of tools to help ARULA’s voice reach a wider audience.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit long-form podcast recordings into full episodes
• Create short clips for Instagram and LinkedIn
• Add captions, clean cuts, light motion text, and audio balancing
• Use AI tools where helpful for captions, summaries, or content ideation
• Manage raw footage, timelines, and organised exports

What We’re Looking For?

• Minimum 1 year experience editing podcast or long-form video content
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic familiarity or openness to AI tools like ChatGPT, Runway, or similar platforms
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and clarity
• Ability to take feedback and work with timelines
