Location: Boomerang Edutainment, Manjalpur

Timing: 12 pm – 9 pm or 12 pm – 9:30 pm

Week Off: 1 Week off (Not on Saturday or Sunday)

Job Overview:

The Play Zone Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children and families in the play zone area. This role involves supervising play activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and supporting the overall upkeep and functionality of the play zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play Zone Management
• Oversee daily operations of the play zone and ensure all equipment is safe, clean, and functional.
• Set up and arrange play zone equipment and areas before opening hours.
• Provide assistance during deep cleaning and ensure hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
• Customer Interaction & Supervision
• Maintain active supervision of children during play, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Remain alert and vigilant to prevent accidents or unsafe behaviour.
• Offer courteous assistance to parents, guardians, and visitors.
• Reporting & Communication
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged equipment immediately to the supervisor.
• Record and report any incidents involving injuries, accidents, or misconduct in the designated log/report.
• Team Collaboration
• Work collaboratively with other team members and understand each member’s role and responsibilities.
• Support the team during birthday parties, events, or special activities in the play zone.
• Compliance & Conduct
• Adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations at all times.
• Maintain professional grooming standards and personal hygiene.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards set by the organization.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong sense of responsibility and attentiveness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle children with patience and care.
• Basic understanding of safety and first-aid procedures (preferred).
• Team-oriented and proactive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
