    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a strategic and proactive Platform Owner, Collaboration Tools to join our Product and Tech team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the value, adoption, and efficiency of our core internal platforms, such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana.

    Your mission is to ensure our digital collaboration capabilities align perfectly with our organizational goals and user needs. You will bridge the gap between technical possibility and employee experience, acting as a high-level partner to IT while serving as the primary advocate for our internal users.     What You’ll Be Doing

    Strategic Roadmap and Feature Adoption
  • Understand and research various platform features to explain how they can be leveraged specifically at Lavender.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of enabling platform features based on employee experience objectives.
  • Plan and execute internal launches for new features to ensure Lavender is fully utilizing its paid licenses and maximizing value.

  • User Advocacy and Governance
  • Serve as the voice of the internal customer by gathering feedback and identifying employee pain points.
  • Analyze usage data to drive targeted training campaigns and increase feature adoption across the organization.
  • Establish and document clear organizational standards (e.g., channel naming, data archival, and folder structures) to ensure consistency and compliance.

  • IT and Stakeholder Partnership
  • Act as the strategic partner to the IT team, clearly defining business requirements for the IT Admin team.
  • Prioritize technical requests to allow IT to focus on implementation, security, and uptime while you focus on the user-facing "why".
  • Report directly to the Director, Product and Tech to align platform capabilities with broader company strategy.

  • What You Bring
  • Proven experience managing or owning enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Asana).
  • A strong "User Advocate" mindset with the ability to translate user feedback into actionable platform improvements.
  • Experience in roadmap development and backlog prioritization based on business value.
  • The ability to establish governance and standardization across complex digital environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between non-technical employees and IT Admin teams.
  • A data-driven approach to analyzing feature adoption and platform health.
