Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Manager, based in Jaipur. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, manage production processes, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include production planning, resource allocation, troubleshooting operational inefficiencies, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. This role requires strong leadership to manage teams and streamline manufacturing processes effectively while achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Plant Management and Plant Operations
• Experienced in Operations Management and ensuring seamless workflow processes
• Expertise in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prior experience in managing a food production/manufacturing unit is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
