• We are looking for a Placement Coordinator Intern to join our team at Pregrad for an initial 3-month internship, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

About the Role:

• As a Placement Coordinator Intern, you’ll support placement operations by coordinating with companies and students, managing interview processes, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with HRs and companies for internship and job opportunities
• Manage student data, applications, and interview schedules
• Share updates, interview details, and follow-ups with students
• Assist in maintaining placement trackers and reports
• Support the placement team in daily operations

• Basic understanding of recruitment or placement processes (preferred)
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
