In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with companies and HR teams to bring job opportunities for students. You will also need to build and maintain relationships with recruiters, HR managers, and hiring partners. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating student placement drives and interview schedules, conducting mock interviews for HR round preparation, guiding students on resume building and interview readiness, tracking student placement progress and job applications, sharing job openings and internship opportunities with students, maintaining placement records and reports, and supporting students in career guidance and job preparation.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and coordination skills, a good understanding of the HR interview process, the ability to interact effectively with companies and recruiters, strong organizational and follow-up skills, and preferably have experience in placement coordination, HR, or recruitment.
