  • Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs, channel partners, brokers, and referral partners for Personal Loan (PL) sourcing.
  • Develop strategies to expand the partner network and increase loan sourcing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive consistent business.
  • Support partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and process guidance.
  • Coordinate with banks / NBFC partners for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with lending policies.
  • Track loan pipeline generated through partners and ensure timely closure.
  • Conduct training and engagement programs for channel partners to improve sales.
  • Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to overall PL portfolio growth.

    • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
