About Us
We are a growing special education and therapy centre dedicated to supporting children with developmental differences such as autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and speech delays. Our programs combine therapy, play, creative arts, and structured physical activities to support the overall development of each child.

We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Physical Fitness Trainer who can design and conduct engaging physical activity programs for children with special needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct structured physical fitness sessions for children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental conditions.
- Design activities to improve motor skills, balance, coordination, strength and endurance.
- Adapt exercises according to each child’s abilities and sensory needs.
- Work closely with special educators, occupational therapists, and speech therapists.
- Ensure safety and maintain a supportive and positive environment.
- Monitor children’s progress and share updates with the team and parents.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in physical training / fitness training (ACSM, NASM, ACE, K11, etc.) or similar.
- Background in sports science, physiotherapy, physical education, or fitness training.
- Experience working with children or special needs populations preferred.
- Knowledge of adaptive physical education or sensory-friendly exercises is an advantage.

Experience

- Freshers with relevant training may apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in fitness training or working with children preferred.

Salary
₹8,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
