Key duties include background removal, color correction, resizing, and creative compositing. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Image Editing & Retouching: Enhance, edit, and manipulate photos, including color correction, adjusting lighting, and, in some cases, restoring photos.
• Technical Execution: Perform background removal, object removal, and image compositing (e.g., resizing, masking, layering).
• Design & Consistency: Create graphics, layouts, and product images that align with company branding and style guides.
• Workflow Management: Organize, rename, and manage large volumes of image files, often working with spreadsheets or DAM systems.
• Collaboration: Work with photographers, marketing teams, or creative directors to deliver final assets under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop; experience with Lightroom is often required.
• Experience: 0+2 years of experience in photo editing, graphic design, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating editing, retouching, and design skills is typically required.
