*Job Roles and Responsibilities**Independently execute photography & Cinematography projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to brand standards and quality benchmarks.Execute proficient photo and video editing tasks, maintaining high standards of visual content.Create engaging and viral reel content and videos to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Produce high-quality photos and videos that meet client specifications and project objectives.Implement standard photography operation procedures, including image editing techniques, tools, and processes, while staying updated on industry best practices and emerging editing technologies.Archive images systematically across multiple platforms such as Google Drive, hard disks, and other systems to ensure easy accessibility and responsibilities will include conducting photography and cinematography during nightlife shoots.Maintain and organize photography equipment, props, and shoot requirements in the office.Collaborate with social media managers to develop comprehensive shoot plans, source references, and create captivating content for diverse clients.Source props as per project requirements.Contribute actively to the Production team at Growth Gravy, bringing creativity, innovation, and technical expertise to projects.You may be required to undertake other duties or work from other locations from time to time as the Company may reasonably requireYou shall diligently work with absolute dedication and maintain all responsibility for the projects assigned to you throughout your tenure, thereby ensuring that deadlines are met in the specified timeframe daily.
