Salary: Up to 40K + Incentive
Job Description
As a Photo Editor, you’ll be responsible for editing raw images into polished, vibrant wedding photos. Your work will help define the visual style of our client galleries and albums.

• Key Responsibilities:**Edit and enhance wedding photos while preserving a natural, timeless aesthetic

Perform color correction, exposure adjustment, and overall image consistency
Select and organize the best images from each event for final deliveryApply retouching to portraits including skin tone balancing and blemish removalCollaborate with photographers to understand event themes and client preferencesUse creative effects where needed (e.g., black-and-white, cinematic tones)Manage digital files for backup, categorization, and delivery*Essential Tools & Software:**Adobe Lightroom (for batch editing and color correction)Adobe Photoshop (for detailed retouching and enhancements)Photo Mechanic (for culling large batches of images)Capture One (optional, for advanced color grading)Google Drive / Dropbox (for client delivery and file management)*Requirements:**Proficiency in photo editing software, especially Adobe Lightroom and PhotoshopBasic knowledge of RAW processing, color grading, and photo formats
Attention to detail and ability to maintain editing consistency
