Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Actively approach and engage with potential customers in the store, understanding their cooling needs and offering appropriate AC solutions.
Product Demonstration: Conduct informative presentations and demonstrations of various AC models, highlighting features, advantages, and energy efficiency.
Sales and Target Achievement: Work towards achieving specific sales targets and quotas, using persuasive communication skills to convert customer interest into actual sales.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the entire product line, including technical specifications, pricing, warranties, and competitive advantages.
Merchandising: Ensure that promotional displays and AC units are well-organized, visually appealing, correctly priced, and fully stocked with brochures or flyers.
Store Collaboration: Coordinate with store management and sales teams regarding promotional campaigns, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
Feedback and Reporting: Gather customer feedback and market insights, reporting back to management on interest levels, common questions, and competitor activity.
Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale support or guidance on installation procedures and general customer inquiries to ensure a positive brand experience.
