Louis Copeland & Sons has been dressing Ireland's best-dressed men since 1933. As we continue to grow our digital presence, we're looking for a skilled Photo Editing & Retouching Specialist to ensure our product imagery consistently reflects the quality and character of our brand — across our Shopify store and seasonal catalogues.

What you'll be doing:

- Edit, retouch, and prepare product images in line with brand guidelines, covering

colour correction, lighting, background removal and overall image accuracy.

- Carry out quality checks on all imagery before it goes live, ensuring every asset

meets our standards and is catalogue-ready.

- Collaborate with our Dublin-based photographer and e-commerce team to resolve

missing shots, flagged corrections, and ad-hoc requests.

- Upload finalised images to Shopify and maintain an organised digital asset library

while ensuring files are correctly named, structured, and archived.

- Contribute to the development of DO/DON'T reference materials to support brand

consistency and team onboarding.

- Identify and suggest improvements to the editing workflow to increase efficiency and

reduce rework.

Your profile:

- 2–5 years of experience in photo editing and retouching, preferably in fashion,

apparel, or e-commerce.

- Solid proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom or equivalent professional

tools.

- Solid understanding of image quality standards, visual consistency, and composition.
- Experience with e-commerce image requirements — Shopify experience is a strong

advantage.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and deliver high volumes of edited images

to deadline.

- Clear and professional English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and set up to work remotely aligned to Irish business hours.
