We are a fast-growing e-commerce supplement brand looking to hire 3 reliable freelance Customer Support Representatives to provide 24/7 phone support for our customers.
This role includes both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with orders, product questions, shipping updates, and general support.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and empathetically

Make outbound calls for order follow-ups, confirmations, and issue resolution

Answer questions related to supplement products, usage, and orders

Manage orders, refunds, and customer records using Shopify

Handle calls and call logs using Aircall

Accurately document conversations and outcomes in our CRM system

Maintain a friendly, calm, and professional tone at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in phone-based customer support (e-commerce preferred)

Fluent English with clear communication skills

Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls

Familiarity with Shopify (required)

Experience with Aircall or similar VoIP tools (preferred)

Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

Nice to Have

Experience with supplement, wellness, or health brands

Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar support platforms

Previous 24/7 support or call center experience
