Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Pharma Production specializing in Oral Solid Dosages, located in Bahadurgarh. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for monitoring and improving production processes, ensuring compliance with quality control standards, coordinating with production teams, and supporting operational efficiency. They will also contribute to troubleshooting production challenges, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to strict timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Assistance, specifically with Oral Solid Dosages, and the ability to oversee manufacturing activities
• Knowledge of Quality Control fundamentals, ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical standards and compliance protocols
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills to address team and client needs effectively
• Proficiency in Editing production-related documentation and reports
• Proven Teamwork skills, with a history of effective collaboration in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with inventory management, process improvement, and production scheduling is an advantage
