Job Role: PGT (Business Studies)

Location: Sector 70A, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Business Studies to senior secondary students (Classes 11 & 12).
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum (e.g., CBSE syllabus).
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and exam papers.
• Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Guide students in projects, case studies, and practical applications of business concepts.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Use modern teaching aids (smart boards, presentations, case-based learning).
• Stay updated with changes in curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and extracurricular activities.

Educational Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Commerce / Business Studies / MBA (relevant specialization).
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• CTET / State TET qualification (preferred or required in some schools).
• Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies.
