As a Senior Food & Nutraceutical Specialist, you will play a key role in leading the development, formulation, and enhancement of our food and nutraceutical products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure the successful launch and commercialization of products. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Leading the development of recent food and nutraceutical products from concept to commercialization, considering market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting research and staying updated on industry trends, emerging ingredients, and technologies to drive innovation and product differentiation.
- Formulating and optimizing product recipes, ensuring product stability, functionality, and nutritional value.
- Collaborating with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and raw materials, negotiate pricing, and ensure consistent product quality.
- Conducting product trials, sensory evaluations, and pilot plant tests to validate formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Providing technical support to internal teams and external partners, including troubleshooting issues related to product formulation, processing, and packaging.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including labeling requirements, nutritional claims, and safety regulations.
- Contributing to the development of product marketing strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and promotional materials.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and participating in cross-functional projects as needed.
  • *Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Nutritional Science, or related field. PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in food product development, formulation, and commercialization, preferably in the nutraceutical industry.
