πŸ§‘πŸ’» YOUR ROLE

Every breakout founder has a content engine behind them. Kunal Shah, Nikhil Kamath, Nithin Kamath, Ashneer Grover β€”> they all have people who help them think, write, and show up consistently. We're looking for that person for Arrowhead's founder.

You'll be the ghostwriter and content strategist behind our founder's presence on all social channels. The goal is simple: make her one of the most recognized voices in India's AI and BFSI intersection. You'll turn her ideas, opinions, meeting notes, event appearances, and industry observations into high-performing posts that build authority, attract talent, and open doors.

This is not a social media scheduling role. You need to think like a founder, write like a journalist, and move like a creator.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the founder's social media content end-to-end β€” ideation, writing, publishing, and engagement strategy.
  • Produce 5–7 posts per week across both platforms (a mix of long-form LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, short takes, and hot takes).
  • Develop a distinct, authentic voice for the founder β€” sharp, opinionated, and grounded in real experience. Not corporate, not generic.
  • Sit in on internal meetings, customer calls, and strategy discussions to mine insights and stories worth sharing.
  • Track what's trending in AI, BFSI, fintech, and startup Twitter β€” and help the founder weigh in at the right moments.
  • Repurpose the founder's panel appearances, podcast conversations, and event talks into written content.
  • Build and maintain a content playbook β€” recurring formats, post templates, engagement rhythms, and a backlog of evergreen ideas.
  • Engage with relevant accounts, reply to comments, and build community around the founder's profile.
  • Track performance (impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, inbound leads/DMs) and refine the strategy weekly.

  • βœ… WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 1–3 years of experience in content writing, ghostwriting, or personal brand building (founder/CXO ghostwriting experience is a huge plus).
  • Exceptional writing skills β€” you can write a LinkedIn post that gets 50K impressions and a tweet that gets quoted. Show us your best work.
  • Deep understanding of how LinkedIn and Twitter/X algorithms work β€” what gets reach, what gets engagement, what gets shared.
  • Ability to capture someone else's voice and make it sound natural, not ghostwritten.
  • Genuine interest in AI, fintech, voice technology, or India's BFSI landscape β€” you don't need to be an expert, but you need to be curious.
  • Strong editorial instinct β€” you know which ideas are worth a post and which aren't.
  • Comfortable working in close, high-trust proximity with a founder. This role requires discretion, speed, and good judgment.
  • Bonus: Your own active LinkedIn or Twitter presence with real engagement (practice what you preach).
  • Bonus: Experience with short-form video content (reels, clips) for cross-platform repurposing.

  • ❌ WHAT THIS IS NOT
  • This is not a social media manager role. You won't be managing a brand page or scheduling posts through a tool.
  • This is not a copywriting role. You won't be writing ad copy or website content.
  • This is a founder's storyteller role. You'll be inside the room, capturing what matters, and turning it into content that builds a personal brand with real leverage.

  • πŸ™‹ SOUNDS LIKE YOU
  • User-obsessed: You don't write what sounds good to you β€” you write what lands with the audience. Every hook, every line, every CTA is optimized for how real people scroll, stop, and engage.
  • Clear communicator: You can take a messy 45-minute founder rant about RBI regulations and voice AI and distill it into a crisp 150-word LinkedIn post that hits harder than the original.
  • Ownership-driven: You don't wait for the founder to hand you ideas. You're in the meetings, spotting the stories, drafting before anyone asks, and tracking what performed and why.
  • Execution-focused: Five to seven posts a week, every week. A panel ends at 5 PM, and a post is ready by 9 PM. You treat content like a shipping cadence, not a creative mood.
  • Grit & resilience: A post you spent two hours on gets 200 impressions. You don't sulk β€” you study why, rework the hook, and test a new format by tomorrow.
  • Intellectually curious: You're deep in startup Twitter, you have opinions on who's building personal brands well and why, and you're constantly reverse-engineering what makes a post travel.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You treat the founder's LinkedIn like your own startup β€” every follower earned, every DM opened, every impression compounding into real business outcomes.
