Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive individual to work closely with the Founder and assist in managing day-to-day business coordination, communication, and operational activities. The role includes managing schedules, handling business communication, coordinating with clients and partners, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing work.

This position offers hands-on exposure to client interactions and the day-to-day functioning of a growing consulting firm. It is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with the Founder in a small and fast-moving team environment.

As a direct support role to the Founder, responsibilities may evolve over time based on business needs. The role requires a high level of reliability, responsiveness, and ownership in managing assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule

· Coordinate calls, meetings, and follow-ups with clients, partners, and candidates

· Handle business communication including emails, messages, and basic correspondence

· Assist in preparing business documents, proposals, and presentations when required

· Maintain organized records, trackers, and documentation for business activities

· Support coordination of enquiries, follow-ups, and operational tasks

· Assist the Founder in day-to-day business coordination and execution of tasks

· Help ensure smooth communication and coordination across ongoing work activities

· Assist with travel planning and meeting logistics when required

· Be available for occasional travel with the Founder for business meetings

Note: As this is a direct support role to the Founder in a growing organization, responsibilities may expand over time based on business requirements.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate (any stream)

· 0–2 years experience in Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Operations Support, Coordinator, or similar roles

· Strong communication and follow-up skills

· Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

· Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment

· High level of professionalism and discretion while handling business communication

· Willingness to learn and work closely with the Founder in a small team setup

Compensation

· 3-5 LPA (flexible as per skills & exp.) + performance-based salary growth after 6 months
