Role Overview-
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, analytical, and capable of managing end-to-end campaign execution to drive conversions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities-
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant performance channels.
  • Manage D2C brand campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall funnel efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and copy to boost performance.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and tech teams to build high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
  • Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and best practices in D2C performance marketing.
  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with brand goals and budget allocation.

  • Requirements-
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in D2C performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Experience in scaling D2C brands is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, AI-driven marketing environment.
