Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute performance campaigns across various digital platforms.The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), SEO, App Install Campaigns, and Performance Marketing. You’ll play a key role in strategizing, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns to boost ROI, lead generation, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.

Manage App Install Campaigns (Google UAC, Facebook App Ads, etc.) to achieve quality user acquisition and engagement.

Develop and implement lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.

Conduct regular performance tracking using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and App tracking tools (MMPs like AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.).

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing for continuous improvement.

Manage SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Social Media Advertising initiatives.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports with data insights and actionable recommendations.

Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3–4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and App Install Campaigns.

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and Content Marketing.

Experience with App Tracking Tools (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, etc.) preferred.

Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven performance optimization.

Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative marketing ideas to life.
