About the Role

Jive Jar is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with healthcare marketing experience to manage paid advertising campaigns for clinics, hospitals, medical practices, and healthcare service providers, primarily based in the United States.

The role focuses on generating qualified patient leads, appointment bookings, and consultation inquiries through paid marketing channels.

The candidate should have strong experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and healthcare lead generation campaigns, along with a solid understanding of patient acquisition funnels, medical advertising compliance, and local healthcare marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising Campaign Management

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Local patient acquisition campaigns

  • Campaign objectives may include:
  • Patient lead generation
  • Appointment bookings
  • Consultation inquiries
  • Awareness for medical services
  • Promotion of specialized treatments

  • 2. Healthcare Lead Generation

    Design campaigns to generate qualified patient inquiries for services such as:
  • Dental clinics
  • Cosmetic procedures
  • Dermatology
  • Physiotherapy
  • Diagnostic services
  • General medical consultations
  • Specialty treatments

  • Ensure campaigns attract high-intent patients, not low-quality traffic.

    3. Google Search Marketing for Healthcare

    Manage search campaigns targeting patients searching for medical services such as:
  • “Dentist near me”
  • “Dermatologist consultation”
  • “Hair transplant clinic”
  • “Skin treatment clinic”

  • Focus on high-conversion intent-based keywords.

    4. Local Patient Acquisition Campaigns

    Run local advertising campaigns including:
  • Location-based targeting
  • Google Maps advertising
  • Call-based campaigns
  • Appointment booking campaigns

  • Focus on increasing patient inquiries and clinic visits.

    5. Retargeting & Funnel Optimization

    Build retargeting campaigns for:
  • Website visitors
  • Landing page viewers
  • Previous inquiry leads

  • Implement multi-stage funnels to increase patient conversions.

    6. Conversion Tracking & Analytics

    Implement and monitor tracking tools including:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Pixel
  • Conversion tracking for forms, calls, and appointments

  • Ensure accurate measurement of:
  • Leads generated
  • Appointment bookings
  • Cost per patient acquisition

  • 7. Campaign Optimization

    Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve:
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Cost per appointment
  • Conversion rate
  • Return on ad spend

  • Perform regular A/B testing for:
  • Ad copy
  • Target audiences
  • Landing pages
  • Call-to-action strategies

  • 8. Collaboration With Marketing Team

    Work closely with:
  • Digital Marketing Managers
  • Graphic Designers
  • Video Editors
  • Account Managers

  • Coordinate campaign creatives and landing pages.

    Required Skills
  • 3–6 years experience in performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience in healthcare or medical marketing
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Technical Skills

    Must have experience with:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics

  • Conversion tracking setup
