About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, execution-first Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale paid media campaigns across Meta and Google for a portfolio of UAE and GCC-based clients. You've already worked with UAE or GCC clients, you understand the market, the consumer behavior, and the cultural nuances that make campaigns work differently here than anywhere else.

What You'll Do

Meta Ads: Build and manage campaigns across Lead Gen, Conversions, and Catalog objectives. Structure cold/warm/retargeting architectures. Monitor frequency, CTR, and CPL signals to diagnose creative vs. audience fatigue. Set up and troubleshoot the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) for offline event integration.

Google Ads: Manage Search, Performance Max, and Display campaigns. Own keyword strategy, match types, negative keyword hygiene, and bid logic. Structure campaigns by intent stage. Optimize for Quality Score and landing page alignment.

Reporting & Attribution: Maintain dashboards with revenue-linked KPIs like CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV:CAC. Work within HubSpot CRM to track lead quality through the pipeline. Flag attribution gaps and optimization blockers proactively.

Collaboration: Contribute to monthly performance reviews and media plans. Communicate results in business language, not just platform metrics. Work cross-functionally with creative, CRM, and strategy teams.

What We're Looking For

Required:
  • 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated experience running campaigns for UAE, GCC, or MENA clients (non-negotiable)
  • Real CPL/CPA benchmarks you can speak to, not just "managed X budget"
  • Solid understanding of campaign objectives and when to use each
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Strong written English for briefs, reports, and client-facing communication

  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Meta CAPI or Google Enhanced Conversions
  • Exposure to real estate, e-commerce, or high-ticket service verticals in the UAE
  • Understanding of landing page CRO and how creative interacts with media performance
  • Familiarity with Arabic-language or bilingual campaign structures
