About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist (1–3years experience) with a strong B2B Marketing background, who can independently manage, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond execution — someone who understands how paid media ties into pipeline, revenue, and broader GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy, Setup & Execution

- Plan, set up, launch, and manage paid plans and campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with a strong focus on B2B Demand Gen.
- Translate business and pipeline goals into structured paid media strategies
- Own end-to-end campaign execution including targeting strategy, budgets, bidding models, funnel alignment, and ad scheduling
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with ICPs, buyer journeys, and GTM objectives

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, Audience Penetration, Frequency, CPL, lead quality, conversions, and ROAS
- Drive ongoing optimizations across audiences, creatives, messaging, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
- Lead structured A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Identify performance bottlenecks and proactively recommend improvement opportunities

Cross-Functional & Agency-Style Collaboration

- Work closely with Growth, RevOps, and Content teams to align paid campaigns with overall GTM initiatives
- Collaborate on messaging, offers, and CRO direction to improve conversion performance
- Operate with an agency-style ownership mindset, managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and priorities effectively

Desired Experience & Qualities

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment and/or marketing agency
- Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Clear understanding of performance marketing fundamentals across the B2B funnel
- Experience working with demand gen, pipeline-focused, or revenue-driven campaigns
- Comfortable handling multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication skills. Able to translate data into actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven approach
- Curious, proactive, and continuously experimenting to improve their professional
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
