We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager with 35 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms.The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, hands-on platform expertise, and a results-oriented mindset.Exposure to OOH (Out-of-Home) and Print media is an added advantage.Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & ExecutionPlan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.Own campaign structure, budgeting, targeting, and bid strategies.Drive customer acquisition and lead generation aligned with business objectives.Optimization & AnalyticsMonitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.Analyze funnel performance and identify drop-offs for improvement.Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Budget & ROI ManagementManage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across channels.Forecast performance and maintain cost efficiency benchmarks.Ensure optimal spend utilization to maximize ROI.Tracking & ToolsImplement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.Ensure accurate attribution and conversion tracking.Work closely with tech/product teams for event tracking and data accuracy.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with creative teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.Collaborate with sales/CRM teams to align lead quality and performance metrics.Offline Marketing (Good to Have)Understanding of OOH and Print campaigns and their integration with digital efforts.Ability to measure and attribute performance impact from offline channels where applicable.Required Skills & Qualifications3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms.Solid understanding of attribution models and marketing analytics.Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.Experience in managing monthly budgets and performance targets.Key Metrics of SuccessCost per acquisition (CPA)Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)Lead quality & conversion ratesMarketing ROICampaign scalability and efficiency
