Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – E-commerce who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive online sales across marketplaces and D2C platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in e-commerce advertising, marketplace campaigns, and digital performance marketing, with a focus on improving ROAS, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns for e-commerce platforms and D2C websites.
Manage marketplace advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Run and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, ACOS, CAC, CTR, and conversion metrics.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization for marketplace and paid media campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and marketing tools.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaign strategies.
Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and improve marketing funnel performance.
Prepare performance reports and insights to improve campaign strategies and sales outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
4–7 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a strong focus on E-commerce.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CAC, and conversion rates.
Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns with performance-based goals.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with D2C brands or consumer product companies.
Understanding of marketplace algorithms, listing optimization, and product ranking strategies.
Experience managing large-scale ad budgets and scaling profitable campaigns.
