Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern to join our digital marketing team. The intern will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
• Support keyword research and competitor analysis for paid campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve ROI
• Assist in setting up tracking and analytics using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Help prepare performance reports including CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
• Research audience targeting strategies and ad creatives
• Collaborate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and performance marketing

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Interest in paid advertising and data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and platforms

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of PPC advertising
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush
• Understanding of conversion tracking and campaign optimization
• Ability to analyze marketing data and generate insights
