You will be responsible for driving and optimizing digital advertising strategies at Nibav Lifts, a leading brand in the elevator industry known for its innovative home lift solutions. Your role will involve managing a significant monthly marketing budget and leveraging your analytical skills to deliver measurable growth and ROI.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**

  • - **Strategic Planning:**
    - Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
    - Plan and allocate budgets across multiple channels to ensure optimal ROI.

    - **Campaign Management:**
    - Lead and manage SEM campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, optimizing for performance metrics.
    - Design and execute paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
    - Oversee programmatic advertising initiatives for precision targeting and efficiency.
    - Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs, fostering strong partnerships with key networks.

    - **Optimization:**
    - Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and CPA.
    - Utilize A/B testing and multivariate testing to enhance creative and ad performance.

    - **Data Analysis:**
    - Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI to track and report on campaign performance.
    - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future strategies.

    - **Collaboration:**
    - Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to ensure messaging and branding consistency.
    - Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

  • *Qualifications:**

  • - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    - 7+ years of experience in performance marketing with expertise in SEM, social media paid campaigns, programmatic buying, and affiliate marketing.
    - Experience managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable results.
    - Proficiency in analytics and ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and programmatic tools.
    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
    - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
