Role Description

We’re looking for a results-driven and creatively strong individual with 1–2 years of experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Social Media Management, who can also create high-quality ad creatives and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns


• Drive high-quality lead generation through performance marketing


• Create ad creatives (static posts, carousels, basic video/reels)


• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)


• Write engaging captions, hooks, and ad copies


• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI


• Coordinate and maintain consistency in brand communication

Requirements


• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads


• Ability to design creatives independently (using tools like Canva, Adobe, etc.)


• Understanding of what makes a high-converting ad creative


• Experience in managing social media pages professionally


• Basic knowledge of content strategy and trends


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Experience in interiors / real estate / lifestyle brands is a plus
