Role Description

As a Performance Marketer at The Digital Agency, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns. Your daily tasks will include managing paid ad campaigns across search engines and social media platforms, analyzing data to monitor and enhance campaign performance, and developing strategies to maximize ROI. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand marketing objectives and deliver effective solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, requiring a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, PPC) and Campaign Optimization
• Expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, and Social Media Strategies
• Proficiency in Analytics and Tracking Tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar platforms
• Ability to create performance reports, analyze insights, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Creative problem-solving capabilities and experience with A/B testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms is a plus
